When Chef Yuri Szarzewski left the Michelin-starred kitchens of France to strike out on his own in Las Vegas, this lively stretch of strip mall in Chinatown might not have been the “Strip” he had in mind. But his restaurant Partage as established itself as one of the finest destinations for French gastronomy in a famously foodie town, even drawing personal praise from Alain Ducasse. “We wanted to bring the French modernist dining with a friendly atmosphere. When you walk into Partage, you don’t feel the pressure of fine dining,” explains Szarzezewski. Instead, you get all of their impeccable technique, with none of the distractions.
