Manufactured in France, bristles are heat sealed into a durable Exoglass®® collar and handle, free of seams and rivets, which prevents bristles from falling out. Bristles and body are temperature resistant up to 482°F for use in high-heat environments. NSF certified and dishwasher safe. For best performance, soak your new Matfer Natural Flat Pastry brush in warm water for 1 hour before first use.
