These blades are designed for improving the appearance of breads, avoiding cracks and large air pockets in the loaf. Manufactured in France, these blades are made of one-piece carbon steel, a natural mineral material that is free of any harsh chemicals or coatings. PTFE and PFOA free. These blades come in a pack of 12. Available in a choice of 2 sizes; each is sold separately.
